DELIVERY POLICY
Premier Door Handles offers free 24hour delivery to U.K. Mainland addresses except remote areas, on all orders over £50.00, £5.95 delivery charge for orders under £50.00.
All in stock orders will be despatched same or next day after your order has been confirmed. (Please see Terms and Conditions under ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION).
For Highlands of Scotland , all U.K. Islands and Northern Ireland orders, please contact customer services for our very competitive prices, by telephone or e-mail for carriage cost to your address.
Please advise on checkout where courier can leave your parcel if you will not be at home for delivery e.g. with neighbour or in shed/garage etc.
RETURNS POLICY
Premier Door Handles will accept returns within 10 days of purchase for full refund less carriage costs.
If goods are returned after 10 days the refund will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
If you wish to return goods please contact us by telephone or e-mail stating invoice number, date of purchase, product code of item(s) to be returned and reason for return.
Goods must be returned unused in original boxes or packaging with all fixings included.
No refund will be given for used goods or if not in original packaging or which have fixings missing.
Carriage for returned goods is not covered by Premier Door Handles unless you are returning faulty or damaged goods.. We advise that you insure goods being returned as we are not liable for goods which fail to reach us.
Returned goods will be checked on receipt and we will either refund the value of the goods back to your credit/debit card or send replacement goods., whichever has been agreed.

RETURNING FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
Notification must be given to us within 10 working days of delivery of any faulty or damaged goods received by you. If notification is not received within 10 working days, we shall have no liability to you.
You will be given the choice of a full refund including carriage charge or a replacement to the same value. Any refund due will be credited back to your credit/debit card.
Carriage cost to return faulty or damaged goods will be met by Premier Door Handles.
