Just a short note to say that I a huge thank you to both Drew and Heather of Premier Door Handles who gave me excellent advice when purchasing new handles/latches/hinges for our newly replaced internal doors.
I was unsure just what type of handles to purchase that would maintain their appearance after a period of use. Drew advised me to purchase a specific type of handle that was both durable and would compliment my doors. He was completely correct as the door handles he suggested look just right for the style of door we have chosen.
The quality of the fittings look far more expensive that the price we paid for them and I cannot recommend the service of this company highly enough.

Just a note to thank you for the excellent service and backup you have provided in dealing with recent door handle purchases and also with a replacement item due to a minor manufacturing defect. Calls were answered promptly and very professionally and Fed Ex and other 1st class post deliveries were on time and as advised.
