Delivery and Returns
Premier Door Handles offers FREE DELIVERY to U.K. Mainland addresses except remote areas, on all orders over £50.00, £5.95 delivery charge is applied for orders under £50.00.
Orders of in stock items will be delivered by Fedex within 2-3 working days of order being received. (Please see Terms and Conditions under ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming delivery date.
Please contact us if you need your order urgently, we can arrange next day delivery.
Fedex delivery is between 8am and 6pm, Monday - Friday.
We can offer next day Fedex delivery before 10am or before 12 noon if your order is urgent, please call for costs.
Please advise on checkout where courier can leave your parcel if you will not be at home to sign for delivery e.g. with neighbour or in shed/garage etc or supply an alternative address.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT
If delivery is attempted but no one is available to take delivery of the parcel, Fedex will leave a card. Please call the local depot number on the card to re-arrange delivery within 7 DAYS. After this time has lapsed if no contact has been made by the customer, Fedex are bound to send the parcel back to Premier Door Handles. If the parcel is to be re-delivered back to the customer from Premier Door Handles, this will incur a delivery charge of £9.00 per parcel to cover the return cost and re-delivery cost.
On delivery, please check contents of parcel carefully and notify us within 7 working days of any shortages, damages or incorrect items. Notification will not be accepted after 7 days.
FAULTY GOODS are normally collected from the customer by our supplier. Please call us with information of any faulty items. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN FAULTY ITEMS TO PREMIER DOOR HANDLES.
Under Distance Selling Regulations you have the option to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days of receiving delivery of goods, however Premier Door Handles will accept returns within 28 days of delivery for full refund less carriage costs. Returns are not accepted for Special Orders.
If goods are returned after 28 days the refund will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
If you wish to return goods please contact us by telephone or e-mail stating name on the order, invoice number, date of purchase, product code of item(s) to be returned and reason for return.
Goods must be returned unused in original boxes or packaging with all fixings included. Please pack goods being returned carefully as any returns which are damaged, have parts missing including screws or have damaged packaging will not be refunded as they are deemed unsuitable for re-sale. Please do not return items by inner box only, any inner boxes damaged by Tape or which have Code Labelling damaged or removed are deemed as unsuitable for Re-Sale and will not be refunded.
No refund will be given for used goods or if not in original packaging or which have fixings missing.
Carriage for returned goods is not covered by Premier Door Handles We advise that you insure goods being returned as we are not liable for goods which fail to reach us.
Please use recorded delivery method or courier so that you can track the parcel if it fails to reach us. Premier Door Handles are not responsible for Returns not received by us if a recorded delivery method is not used. You must use a method of Return for which a signature will be supplied at this end as proof of receipt
Premier door Handles are not responsible for return carriage cost for unwanted or wrongly ordered items.
Returned goods will be checked on receipt and we will refund the value of the goods back to your credit/debit card through our secure server. Please write your name and invoice number on parcel being returned and send to -

RETURNING FAULTY/DAMAGED/INCORRECT GOODS
Notification must be given to us within 7 working days of delivery of any faulty or damaged goods received by you. If notification is not received within 10 working days, we shall have no liability to you.
Any refund due will be credited back to your credit/debit card when returns are received and checked.
Recorded Delivery Carriage cost to return faulty or damaged goods will be met by Premier Door Handles and refunded back to your card. If you choose to return by Special Delivery, only the Recorded Delivery Amount will be refunded.
