When you have purchased your goods from Premier Door Handles you will receive an Order Confirmation listing your purchases and confirming costs and discounts. Therafter we will email you confirming when Fedex will deliver your goods. If there will be no one home at the time of delivery, you can arrange for our courier company to leave your parcel with a neighbour or somewhere safe near your property where you can pick it up on your return. If however Fedex were unable to deliver your parcel or leave it with a neighbour they will leave you a card with their Local Depot telephone number so you can call and arrange for another delivery date. Or you can organise to pick up your delivery from the Local Depot.
Our aim is to deliver your products as quickly as possible and all orders placed online or by telephone are usually delivered within two to three working days Please note that we do not deliver on a Saturday or a Sunday, although Saturday delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. You will receive an email or telephone call from us informing you of this and inform you when the goods will arrive back in stock for despatch.
