Orders of in stock items will be delivered by DPD within 2-3 working days of order being received. (Please see Terms and Conditions under ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION).

Orders to remote and offshore areas are 2-4 working day delivery

You will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming delivery date and an update from DPD on the day of delivery. 

Please contact us if you need your order urgently, we can arrange next day delivery, extra charges will apply for this service.

We can offer next day delivery before 10am or before 12 noon if your order is urgent, please call for costs.

Please advise on checkout where courier can leave your parcel if you will not be at home to sign for delivery e.g. with neighbour or in shed/garage etc or supply an alternative address.

Standard delivery will be by DPD Courier Service. Guaranteed next day delivery service will be by Fedex courier.  We have no control over Fedex or DPD  delivery times, schedules or costs.  


If delivery is attempted but no one is available to take delivery of the parcel, DPD will leave a card. Please call the local depot number on the card to re-arrange delivery within 5 Working Days.  After this time has lapsed if no contact has been made by the customer, DPD are bound to send the parcel back to Premier Door Handles. If the parcel is to be re-delivered back to the customer from Premier Door Handles, this will incur a delivery charge of £11.90 per parcel to cover the return cost and re-delivery cost.



After placing your order, if an item is out of stock at the Manufacturer, we will advise by telephone or email asap. We have no control over Manufacturers stock levels or restock timescales and due to the the scale and turnover of items at our suppliers, it is impossible for us to show every out of stock item on our website.  After consulting with the customer we will either hold the order until all of the items are in stock or send the in stock items and hold the out of stock item and despatch as soon as stock is available. This applies to all orders within the UK.

Back orders will be despatched automatically as soon as stock is available. 

Please notify us by email if a back order is no longer required and we will process a full refund. 

For overseas deliveries, due to the delivery costs involved, we cannot offer a split order, the order would be held and despatched when the complete order is available.
