Returns Policy

Returns over the Xmas period - Premier Door Handles will be closed from Thursday 20th December to  Wednesday 3rd January inclusive, we are unable to accept delivery of any returns during this period. 



Return postage costs are the customers' responsibility. 

Please notify us by email to of intent to return any unused goods with 14 days of receipt of your order. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF WE ARE NOTIFIED OUTWITH THIS 14 DAY PERIOD.  You then have a further 14 days to return the items. We do not offer exchanges. Please see Consumer Contracts Regulations below.  Please email us with the return information,  the order number, which items you are returning and reason for return.  We will send you a Returns Note by email, please print the form,  fill in the information required and place inside the parcel to be returned. We will not accept returns without this document.  We do not accept returns outwith 28 days of receipt of goods.


  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you the right to cancel an order for goods made at a distance and starts when you receive the goods and lasts for 14 days.  you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.

Goods must be returned unused in original boxes or packaging with all fixings included. Please pack goods being returned carefully and securely as any returns which are damaged, have parts missing including screws or have damaged packaging will not be refunded as they are deemed unsuitable for re-sale. Please do not return items by inner box only, any inner boxes damaged by Tape or which have Code Labelling damaged or removed are deemed as unsuitable for Re-Sale and will not be refunded. 

We advise using an insured method of return. Please use a recorded delivery or courier method of return to receive a signature at this end. Premier Door Handles is not liable for return carriage cost or non receipt of returned goods. 

We can organise a Shop Return through DPD for parcels under 18kg the cost for this service is £8.50, please call us for this option. 

Returned goods will be checked on receipt and we will refund the value of the goods  less any carriage charges, back to your credit/debit card through either Sagepay or Paypal within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. 

We do  not offer exchanges, please return any unwanted, unused goods as above and place a new order for any further goods required.

Special orders i.e goods manufactured especially for a customer,  are non returnable and non refundable.

 Please notify us of any faulty items, missing items, incorrect items or missing fixings within 30 days by email.  We may ask you to supply images of the faulty goods for inspection.

Any goods received incorrectly by the customer must not be used or fitted, or they will be deemed non returnable as they will be unfit for resale. 

When we can confirm the fault, we will arrange repair, replacement or refund.

Please do not return faulty goods to Premier Door Handles as we will arrange collection and replacement asap.

If you have a item missing please advise asap,we will check our stock levels and weight of parcel despatched to verify the shortage

.Any refund due will be credited back to your credit/debit card within 14 days of receipt of return of faulty goods.

Our liability in the case of claims is limited to the sum paid for the goods. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
