ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION
The placing of an order and the entering into of an agreement by the customer is conditional on the customer being over 18 years of age. Quotations by the company shall not constitute offers by the company to supply goods. Orders placed will not be binding until accepted and confirmed by us by electronic mail and only when a charge has been made against the customers card and the order despatched. All such acceptances by the company are subject to stock availability. You will be advised of a delivery date by e-mail.
If we decline to supply goods ordered and payment has been debited from your credit or debit card, we shall credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods asap after declining your order. We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for any disappointment suffered.
If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. You will be advise when goods will become available or you will have the choice of ordering replacement goods and be advised of the cost, or be offered a full refund.
All prices listed on our website are accurate and final at time of ordering and are inclusive of 20% vat.
All prices, products and special offers are subject to availability and may change before you place your order, but not after.
Standard delivery will be by DPD Courier Service. guarnteed next day delivery service will be by Fedex courier. We have no control over Fedex or DPD delivery times or schedules.
We do not ship part orders
CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY CUSTOMER
Cancellation of your order is accepted up to and including the end of the 7th working day from the date you receive the goods.
No penalty will be applied for cancelling your order.
You must notify us of the cancellation either by calling our customer Services department on 01506 894 505 or by e-mailing or by writing before the accepted timescale has passed to:-

You must state the invoice number, date of purchase and product code.
If you are in receipt of goods when you cancel, the goods must be returned to Premier Door Handles in unused condition in original packaging with all fixings included within 30 days of cancellation of goods. If goods are not returned within 30 days of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods will be returned at customers own expense.
Full refund (excluding any delivery charge) will be credited to your credit/debit card on inspection of returned goods within 14 days
CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY US
We reserve the right to cancel any orders received if we do not deliver to your area or goods are permanently out of stock.
You will be notified of cancellation by telephone or e-mail as soon after your order is placed as possible and your credit/debit card will be credited with the full amount of your order including any delivery costs.
Payment can be made using any of the credit/debit cards listed or by using Paypal, at time of ordering.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE - CONDITIONS
We will match the price of any item with the same product code found on another genuine Internet Based Website.
The 5% discount we offer will only stand if the alternative company also offers this discount.
Call us with the details of where the cheaper item has been found before the order is placed.
Prices cannot be matched once an order has been processed.
We cannot match E-bay or Amazon prices as there are no guarantees that goods sold on E-bay or Amazon are genuine products
